Rent a Meeting Room
If your company or your group would like to rent a room for conducting a meeting with your staff, partners or clients, there are usually several options available.

Rent a Storage Room
During the congress, companies are welcome to rent additional storage rooms, additional to their booth space. Whether you need to have out-of-sight storage for extra materials or tuck away that bulky set-up equipment, additional storage room can be very useful.
