More than 13,000 people visited the 26th Annual EAU Congress last month, including 10,436 delegates and 2,161 participants. Urology professionals from more than 70 countries joined us in Vienna and more than 20,000 visitors followed the congress online.

The final day of the congress featured a series of closing presentations. One of the most prominent lectures was on bladder-sparing treatment for localised disease. Here is an overview.

Filocamo and colleagues conducted a multi-centre study which evaluated sexual activity in a group of women with urodynamic stress incontinence (USI) before and after a Mid-Urethral Sling (MUS) procedure. They presented their findings during the poster session on functional urology held at the recently concluded 26th Annual EAU Congress in Vienna, Austria.
