Change & Cancellation
If you need to change the name of a registered participant, or cancel participation in the congress, please read the following information about the associated fees and deadlines.
Please note that the fees indicated below do not include 20% VAT.

Exhibitors
Name changes are free of charge and can be made online until 1 March 2011. After 1 March 2011 name changes have to be reported by email to the EAU Congress Department.
Please note that there are special name change arrangements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors of the EAU.
Cancellation of Registration

1 December 2010 - 13 January 2011 | €50 will be witheld | |
14 January 2011 - 13 February 2011 | 50% will be refunded | |
After 14 February 2011 | Registration fee will not be refunded | |
Refunds of group registrations will be handled after the congress.
