Delegates and Accompanying Persons
The Annual EAU Congress and the International EAUN Meeting hold a wide range of activities, tailoring its scientific programme to the delegates from all over the world and coming from various professional backgrounds. Here you will find the information about various types of delegate registration, fees, registration requirements and entitlements. You can register for these meetings online before 1 March 2011, or on-site during the congress.
As a delegate you are welcome to register a person accompanying you to the congress. He or she will be able to attend many of the activities, both on the congress floor and during the social events. Please note, it is not possible to register an accompanying person without registering a delegate.
If, as a delegate, you wish to attend the EAU Evening, please add this option during your online registration for the congress. If you would like to buy the tickets at a later stage, you have the possibility to buy them on-site.
What are the delegates entitled to?
- Participate in all scientific sessions, excluding ESU-organised courses.
- Access the EAU Congress Exhibition
- Obtain congress bag and related congress documents
- Obtain a public transportation pass
- Attend the EAU Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
What are accompanying persons entitled to?
- Access the EAU Congress Exhibition
- Attend the EAU Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Obtain a public transportation pass
- Attend the EAU Evening
Registration Deadlines
The following deadlines are valid for all types of registration:
Early online registration: Wednesday, 1 December 2010 – Thursday, 13 January 2011*
Late online registration: Friday, 14 January 2011 – Sunday, 13 February 2011*
Last-minute online registration: Monday, 14 February 2011 – Tuesday, 1 March 2011*: deadline online registration. Advance online registration is no longer possible after 1 March 2011.
On-site registration: 17-22 March 2011
* Payment must be received by the EAU within the indicated period.
Fees
Please note that the fees indicated below do not include 20% VAT. Our online registration system will automatically add VAT to the total.

To qualify for a reduced congress fee, you need to hold an active membership with the European Association of Urology or the European Association of Urology Nurses.
The online registration system will automatically check your membership status and calculate the total amount. Your membership dues must be paid up to and including 2011. The online registration system will alert you if your membership payment is due; in which case you will need to contact
Ms. Jessica Bijlsma-Hatzmann at the Membership Department of the EAU, before proceeding with the application.

Financial Support
Financial support requests are no longer accepted for the 26th Annual EAU Congress.
Non-sponsored EAU members from low currency countries can apply for financial support. This support applies to registration and ESU courses only (50% reduction on the registration fee and ESU course fee) and does not cover travelling costs.
Financial support is only possible for individual registrations.
To apply for financial support, please submit your requests, stating the circumstances. Please state your EAU membership number and full name, address and contact details.
Send your request, by e-mail or regular post, before 14 January 2011. Support requests will not be considered after this date or during the congress.
