Gigabyte’s lineup of five RTX 4070 Tis will launch next week

The company is preparing to launch AERO, EAGLE, GAMING and two AORUS models.

Gigabyte launches Master and Elite GPUs based on NVIDIA’s latest RTX 4070 Ti SKU. Both are a three-slot design and look pretty much the same, but the Master is said to have higher clocks and has a built-in color display to show GPU card info or custom animations.

The RTX 4070 Ti is based on the AD104 GPU with 7680 CUDA cores. The cards featured in this article were originally supposed to be released as the RTX 4080 12GB, but due to NVIDIA’s unexpected decision to cancel and rename this SKU, they will end up being the RTX 4070 Ti instead.

All new Gigabyte cards come with three fans, but that should come as no surprise since Gigabyte’s RTX 3070 Ti series also featured such coolers. Design-wise, a lot has changed, and each card features a completely new cover. Additionally, the white VISION series has been rebranded as AERO, streamlining Gigabyte’s product portfolio across GPUs, motherboards and laptops.

The RTX 4070 Ti is rumored to cost at least $799. This price may only apply to the non-OC EAGLE variant, while other models definitely cost more. And speaking of pricing and designs, one might wonder why the cheaper GeForce GPU received 5 different custom designs, while the Radeon RX 7900 series only received 2 options.
