Durali Properties has added a second golf course to its growing portfolio.
The Okanagan-based company announced Monday that it has agreed to buy Tower Ranch Golf and Country Club.
The sale price has not been announced.
Durali Properties owns a number of hotel properties throughout the Okanagan, including fast food restaurants, hotels, residential developments, and golf courses. They purchased Sunset Ranch Golf Course in Kelowna four years ago.

Durai purchased the Tower Ranch operation from the Carrington group of companies.
CEO Dan Slavin says his company is grateful for the time they owned and operated the property.
“We are grateful to the many employees we have worked with over the years who have made Tower Ranch one of the best golf courses in the Okanagan and voted Kelowna’s No. 1 public golf course,” Slavin said.
