The biggest game in the world now has a connection in Vancouver.
Minecraft is arguably the greatest video game of all time, and studio Vancouver Games is releasing a new title under the brand later this month.
The Blackbird Interactive team is behind Minecraft Legendsa new cross-platform game launching on April 18.
“This exciting new action strategy game lets players explore a sweet land full of rich resources and lush biomes on the brink of destruction, gather allies and lead them into strategic battles to save the world from the dead. predatory pigs! says the Blackbird website.
In trailers for the game, Piglin’s characters can be seen wreaking havoc on the Overworld, while the hero seems to be working with all sorts of forest creatures to defeat them. Game descriptions promise epic battles, multiplayer experience and vivid gameplay.
The team worked with Mojang Studios, which developed the original game. The new game is described as a popular Sandbox-style strategy pop-up in Minecraft. It should cost around $50 upon release.
Blackbird recently got some media attention because of this Four Business Days a Week which I tried for a while before finally implementing it.
“I don’t think we could have gotten to where we are today without him,” Jessica Klein, the company’s producer, said in a press release.
During their development of the game, they released videos of the game in development, as well as trailers teasing the upcoming game.
