NEW DELHI, April 10 (IANS): Local smartphone brand Lava launched a new ‘Blaze 2’ smartphone on Monday, with features such as a premium glass finish and a punch-hole display.
Priced at Rs 8,999, the smartphone comes in two colors – Glass Orange and Glass Blue – and will be available for purchase from online stores from April 18, according to the company.
The smartphone has 6 GB of RAM, expandable by an additional 5 GB of virtual RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
Additionally, the device offers a 90Hz refresh rate and a bloat-free Android experience.
Blaze 2 features a 6.5 inch (16.51 cm) HD+ IPS display with 2.5D curved screen and supports anonymous and automatic call recording.
The device comes with a 5,000mAh battery, an 18W fast charger, and a Type-C charging port.
Moreover, the smartphone comes with a 13MP and 8MP dual camera for selfies with built-in camera features including – Beauty, HDR, Night, Selfie, AI, Pro, Panorama, Slow Motion, Filters, Motion Photo, Time Lapse , Voice Note and Smart Analysis.
The device also comes with dual-microphone noise cancellation for a superior call experience and a side fingerprint sensor.
The company said it was delivering a promised upgrade to Android 13 and two years of security updates.
