French Montana rapper of Moroccan origin, Karim Kharbouch, says goodbye to his home in Los Angeles.
The “Unforgettable” artist first purchased the home in late 2020 from Los Angeles Clippers forward Paul George for $8.4 million, and is now moving away. A house worth 22.75 million Australian dollars. After purchasing the home, he embarked on a comprehensive renovation with the interior and architecture of Iqosa to match his vision for the property.

The home is located in a gated enclave called Ashley Ridge, which is part of the celebrity-filled Hidden Hills community. Set on 1.5 acres, you are greeted by a private circular driveway with lush, well maintained landscaping and mature towering trees with lush canopies. The residence spans 16,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, perfect for those who love to entertain or those with a large family.

According to listing agent Tomer Friedman of the Friedman Group at Compass, Montana decided to sell so it could focus on expanding its portfolio globally, possibly to Miami, New York and Paris.
