Along with tablets, Google now has a third Pixel form factor that follows phones and watches. The July 13, 2023 Android security patch is rolling out today as the first monthly update for the Pixel tablet.
The Pixel tablet is now at the July 5, 2023 security patch level. TQ3A.230705.001.B4 is the build number without carrier/regional variants due to the Wi-Fi nature of this device. It will get three years of Android version updates, followed by two years of security patches. The OTA on the device today is only 23.27 MB in size.
There are 26 security issues fixed in Android 13 July Patch 2023-07-01 and 2023-07-05 20. The vulnerabilities range from moderate to critical.

Google’s changelog indicates that the July 2023 update resolves the following Pixel tablet issues:
The battery is charging
- General improvements to charging, battery usage, or thermal performance under certain conditions
user interface
- Fixes an issue that sometimes caused screen lock notification text to appear behind widgets to unlock them
